Shipping and Delivery Policies

International Shipping Policies:

Please note that at Barklane Pets W.L.L, we currently do not offer international shipping services.

Local Shipping Policies:

For our local customers (B2C), we provide shipping services through a trusted third-party courier. There is a Minimum Delivery Fee of BHD 3/- per Order. However, we offer free delivery services for those Orders whose Basic Value (prior to applying VAT i.e., Value Added Tax, Freight Charges and / or Any Other Costs if applicable) is higher than BHD. 50/-.

Please be aware that Barklane Pets W.L.L reserves the right to accept or reject any delivery for reasons that may be disclosed or remain undisclosed.

Delivery Timeframes:

Any order placed before 01.00pm on a working day will be delivered on the next working day. While we strive to deliver 95% of orders within 1-3 days after receiving the payment, please note that the delivery period may change due to various reasons.

Please note that our operations are closed on Fridays and Bank holidays. If you place an order before or during these days, kindly allow us an additional working day for processing the same.

We are using a third-party company for arranging local deliveries. Once the product has left our store, Barklane Pets is unable to provide delivery time updates hence we’re Not in a position to change the delivery schedule or modify the delivery address.

Once your Order is passed on to the local courier company for delivery, you will receive a tracking number for your items. You will be able to track the status and delivery of your items through their portal.

Change To or Cancellation Of an Order:

Once an order has been placed, we regret to inform you that we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

If your products have already been delivered, we kindly ask you to follow our Returns procedure. Please note that Barklane Pets W.L.L does not offer any exchange policies.

Track Your Order:

Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our store, our courier service provider will contact you with tracking details for your convenience.

Returns Procedure:

If you receive defective goods, please contact our team as soon as possible. We will carefully examine the returned goods and provide you with a notification regarding the exchange within a reasonable timeframe. In the case of goods that are returned due to defects, we will issue a full refund, including the delivery charges incurred for sending the item to you.

Unless agreed otherwise, we typically provide credit that can be exchanged for any goods in our Retail or Online Pet Products’ Shop. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for open items such as pet beds, harnesses, toys and such other products due to reasons of hygiene.

To address any issues or initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at enquiries@www.barklanepets.com. Once you receive our confirmation email, simply take the refund order confirmation email along with the product that you wish to return to our store. Our Sales Assistant will assist you further with the process.

Please note that these additional terms and policies do not limit or exclude your statutory rights as a consumer. We would also like to highlight that Barklane Pets W.L.L shall not be held liable for any banking charges associated with your chosen payment method. While we make every effort to ensure product availability, we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific product. Furthermore, this paragraph does not intend to restrict or exclude our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, nor does it aim to exclude any liability that may not be excluded by law.
